No. The engine runs entirely offline within your secure network. There are zero external API calls, third-party cloud dependencies, or phone-home licensing telemetry.
Zero. The C++ binary is statically compiled with all rendering libraries included. It requires no external runtime dependencies, JVM, or system-level font packages.
